Tentatively staking will be available 2 weeks after TGE.

Staking - $LGM staking and earning rewards over time will add another layer of depth to the LayerGame, increase the utility of the token, give players the opportunity to invest and earn in new ways, and encourage them to hold $LGM while earning rewards. On a larger scale, staking tokens are being temporarily retired, contributing to a healthier gaming economy and supporting the $LGM token.

LayerGame players can stake under flexible (Flexible Staking) and fixed terms (Locked Staking) enjoying the variety of staking plans to pick from. Staking will be enabled right in all LayerGame games saving time and effort for our players.

Flexible Staking

In Flexible Staking, the user has the opportunity to stake LGM tokens.Flexible Staking allows for more flexibility: the interest period is fairly shorter and there’s an option to unstake anytime.The APR for the flexible staking plan in LayerGame is 10% with the interest period of 5 weeks.This means that each 5 weeks of the staking period will earn you a reward. Please note that you may always check the currently available staking plans in the LayerGame games.

By initiating a stake you agree to stake your tokens for a minimum of 5 weeks; withdrawing the stake before the end of 5 weeks will incur 10% charge with no staking reward earned.

Each consecutive interest period earns you an interest on the initial stake.

After the minimum of 5 weeks is completed, you may unstake your principal and reward anytime.

Mind the 5-week interest period though: you will earn reward only for a completed period of 5 weeks.

Say you decide to unstake after 21 weeks; the reward will be accrued only for 20 weeks — that is for 4 full interest periods.

The staking period for the flexible staking plan is unlimited unless the liquidity pool limit is reached.

The reward for a flexible staking is redeemed together with the initial stake. Please note that the initial stake and reward earned will be credited to your wallet in single transaction. Please note that APR is subject to change for Flexible Products upon starting a consecutive interest period.

Locked Staking

Locked Staking — means locking a certain amount of $LGM in for the selected duration for APR without an option to unlock the principal before the end of the term. Moreover, at the end of the locked period only the principal can be withdrawn — that is the initial stake. Early redemptions are not allowed.

Please be aware that locked staking rewards are subject to a lock equal in duration to the staking period duration of the plan.

To receive your staking reward — the percentage earned on your stake — you will need to wait till the end of the reward unlock period.

Currently, 4 fixed rate plans have been thought out and prepared:

• 4 months (40% APR);

• 9 months (100% APR);

• 12 months (150% APR);

• 18 months (250% APR);
